Before you start
Do I need to know SQL?
No. Ask in plain words; Susignal writes the SQL, and you can read every query it ran.
Supabase asks for write access. Can Susignal change my data?
No. Supabase grants reading and writing together, but Susignal only reads: every query runs in a read-only transaction, so it never changes a row, a table or a setting.
How do alerts reach me?
On your dashboard, and on your phone if you allow notifications.
How much load does it put on my database?
Only the queries it runs: each chart's update on its schedule, and the assistant's queries when you ask. Each one is listed with why it ran and how long it took.
What happens if I disconnect a project?
Its dashboard, history and queries are deleted, and Susignal stops reading the project.
Is what I put in used to train AI?
No. The AI runs on Cloudflare's servers under our own account; nothing you put in is sent to another AI company or used to train a model.
Can I delete everything?
Yes. Deleting your account in Settings erases everything in it at once; backup copies are deleted within 30 days.
