Before you start
Do I need to know SQL?
No. Ask in plain words; Susignal writes the SQL, and you can read every query it ran.
Supabase asks for write access. Can Susignal change my data?
No. Supabase grants reading and writing together, but Susignal only reads: every query runs read-only, so it never changes a row, a table or a setting.
How do alerts reach me?
On your dashboard, and on your phone if you allow notifications.
What does it cost my database?
Only the queries it runs — each chart's update on its schedule, and the assistant's when you ask — and each one is listed with why it ran and how long it took.
What happens if I disconnect a project?
Its dashboard, history and query log are deleted, and Susignal gives up its access.
Is what I put in used to train AI?
No. The AI runs on Cloudflare's servers under our own account; nothing you put in goes to another AI company or trains a model.
Can I delete everything?
Yes. Deleting your account in Settings erases everything in it at once.
